The property consists of a main house and an independent external suite, offering comfort and flexibility for families and small groups. The entire house is single-story, ensuring easy circulation and convenience.

In the main house, you’ll find the social areas and two suites. The social area is spacious and integrated. The TV room features a comfortable sofa, television, and air conditioning—perfect for relaxing after boat trips, hikes, or local visits. The dining room includes a table for 8 and large glass doors opening to the veranda and garden, allowing natural light and airflow.

The kitchen is open-plan, with a counter and a small dining table for quick meals. It is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, utensils, and essential items for meal preparation.

The main house includes two air-conditioned suites:

• Suite 1: one queen-size bed
• Suite 2: one double bed

In addition, there is a third independent external suite with a double bed, ideal for added privacy or for a separate couple.

All suites include air conditioning, blackout curtains, TV, and minibar, ensuring comfort after full days of exploration.

Outside, the highlight is the large, green, fully enclosed garden, offering safety and space to relax. The covered veranda features a hammock and wooden benches, creating a perfect setting to unwind in the Amazon evenings.

• Manaus: approximately 2h30 to 3h by car via the AM-070 highway (Rio Negro Bridge)
• Novo Airão town center: 5 to 7 min by car
• Rio Negro waterfront (tourist area): around 7 to 10 min by car
• Main departure point for boat tours: approximately 8 min by car

Uber is not available in the area; motorcycle taxis are available. We recommend having your own car.
