The space

The décor follows a sophisticated contemporary aesthetic, with sage green and light wood cabinetry, layered LED lighting and carefully selected finishes. The space is equally pleasant for business trips or leisure stays.

The main area features a queen bed, a slatted wood headboard panel with warm amber indirect lighting, a rotating SmartTV viewable from both the bed and the living area, air conditioning and mirrored fitted wardrobes.

The kitchen stands out for its functionality, equipped with a cooktop, built-in microwave, refrigerator, full cabinets and a display cabinet with internal LED lighting. The studio also features a washer-dryer combo, ideal for longer stays.

One of the apartment's biggest highlights is the balcony with open views of São Paulo, including the Shopping Cidade Jardim area. The space features a wooden table and chairs for everyday meals, plus sliding glass enclosures that provide comfort without losing the visual breadth of the cityscape.

Excellent natural light throughout the day and stunning sunsets in the late afternoon make the space even more inviting.
