The space

Spread over two floors, the house separates the social areas on the ground floor from the resting areas upstairs.

Ground floor: living room with sofa bed and Smart TV, dining table, half bath and an open kitchen with counter, fully equipped with refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, dishes and utensils.

Upper floor: the master suite has a private balcony facing the horizon, perfect for breakfast or for watching the end of the day. The second suite, with a trundle bed and a single bed, comfortably fits children or friends. The third combines a bed with a home office station with desk and chair.

Outdoor area: the solar-heated pool is surrounded by loungers, tables, chairs and umbrellas, with a barbecue grill and hammock alongside. A space designed to enjoy the whole day and end the afternoon facing the landscape.

The house also includes air conditioning, a washing machine and an iron.
