Flamboyant House is a fully single-story home designed to offer comfort, practicality, and a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor areas.

The social area includes a living room, guest bathroom, TV room, and dining area in an open and inviting layout. The dining table seats up to 8 people and connects directly to the outdoor area through large openings, allowing the spaces to flow naturally into the garden and pool.

The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped for both everyday use and group gatherings. It includes a breakfast table for 4, refrigerator, oven, six-burner stove with exhaust hood, microwave, air fryer, and a wide range of appliances such as a Nespresso coffee machine, drip coffee maker, rice cooker, orange juicer, Philips Walita juicer, and KitchenAid mixer.

There is also a support area at the back with a freezer and storage cabinets, providing extra convenience during your stay.

The garden is beautifully maintained, with a variety of plants and a large flamboyant tree that gives the house its name. Planted by the family who owned the property, it holds special meaning and stands as one of its most iconic features. Beneath it, a swing creates a charming space for relaxation and memorable moments.

The property also features a grass soccer field with lighting for nighttime use, perfect for group activities. Nearby, there is a small vegetable garden, enhancing the connection with nature and the countryside feel.
