The house sits on a 400 m² lot with approximately 140 m² of built area and was designed to enhance moments of leisure and social interaction.

The outdoor area is the heart of the property. The private pool with waterfall is integrated with the social space, creating the perfect setting to relax and enjoy sunny days.

Next to the pool is the gourmet area with barbecue, equipped with a counter, sink, stove, and refrigerator—ideal for preparing meals while everyone enjoys the space.

One of the highlights of the house is the covered social area, featuring a Smart TV, comfortable sofas, and a foosball table, creating a relaxed environment for games, conversations, and rest.

The house also includes two outdoor showers near the pool, very practical for cooling off and rinsing off sand after the beach, helping keep indoor areas clean.

The kitchen is fully equipped for daily convenience, and the laundry area with washing machine supports longer stays.

The house has 2 bedrooms, well arranged for families or groups:

• Suite: 1 king-size bed
• Bedroom: 2 single beds, 1 bunk bed with trundle, and 4 additional mattresses available

The property has two bathrooms: one in the suite and another in the outdoor area near the barbecue and showers.

Important notice: Bed linen, pillows, and bath or beach towels are not provided. Guests are kindly asked to bring their own.

The house is just 180 meters from the beach, allowing quick and easy access on foot. Nearby, you’ll find markets, bakeries, pharmacies, and essential services along the Rio-Santos Highway, just a few meters from the property.
