Designed to provide comfort, privacy and connection, this charming property sits on a 1,650m² tropical garden lot with beautiful views of the Serra do Mar mountains.

One of its greatest features is the layout: the main house brings together all social and living spaces, while the four suites are located in a separate garden wing, creating a perfect balance between togetherness and privacy. The gourmet pavilion, swimming pool and outdoor areas complete the experience of enjoying relaxing days near the beach.

Originally inspired by a traditional fisherman’s house, the property was reimagined through a thoughtful architectural project that preserves its coastal soul while adding comfort, art and personality. White walls combined with blue doors and windows create a bright and calming atmosphere that reflects the beauty of beachside living.

Inside, guests will find spacious living and dining areas, a TV room and a fully equipped kitchen. The décor features family artwork, handcrafted wooden pieces and carefully selected objects connected to the sea.

Highlights include a handcrafted canoe bar, a traditional wood-burning stove, a charming blue china cabinet and adjustable lighting throughout the house, allowing guests to create different moods day and night. There is also a cozy coffee corner for slow mornings before heading to the beach.
