Event & entertainment area

The event area was designed to operate independently from the main house, providing better organization for gatherings and parties previously authorized by our team.

The space includes:

• Nightclub with sound system, lighting, disco ball, bar, and karaoke. It also features a projector, allowing the space to be transformed into a home theater
• Themed game room with an English-style bar, fireplace, card table, and full-size billiard table
• Dining area with seating for 14
• Support kitchen with countertops, sink, and dishwasher
• Pantry area with refrigerator
• 2 half bathrooms

The spaces are interconnected and provide access to the swimming pool, making it easy to move between the indoor and outdoor areas.

The property also offers ample on-site parking, with 3 covered spaces and room for up to 30 vehicles in the uncovered area, providing greater convenience during events.

Event fees:

For 10–25 guests: an additional R$ 7,000 on top of the accommodation rate. One event assistant is provided to help during events lasting up to 8 hours.

For 25–40 guests: an additional R$ 9,000 on top of the accommodation rate. One event assistant and one security guard are provided to help during events lasting up to 8 hours.

For 40–60 guests: an additional R$ 11,000 on top of the accommodation rate. One event assistant and one security guard are provided to help during events lasting up to 8 hours.

For 60–80 guests: an additional R$ 13,000 on top of the accommodation rate. Two event assistants and two security guards are provided to help during events lasting up to 8 hours.

For 80–100 guests: an additional R$ 15,000 on top of the accommodation rate. Two event assistants and two security guards are provided to help during events lasting up to 8 hours.

Leisure areas

The pool area features sun loungers, tables, chairs, a patio umbrella, and an outdoor shower.

The garden is located on the lower level of the property (accessible by stairs or car) and connects to the other leisure areas, including a full-size tennis court and a small soccer field.

The house also features a wellness area with a gym, full bathroom, and sauna.

Interior spaces

The main residence offers several social areas, allowing larger groups to enjoy the house comfortably and with plenty of space.

The social area features two living spaces with fireplaces and a third area with an L-shaped sofa and a table for 8, as well as direct access to the swimming pool.

There is also a dining room for 10 and a breakfast area with a table for 4.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, range hood, microwave, water filter, dishwasher, appliances, and kitchen utensils. The house also features pantries and a service area with laundry facilities and a full bathroom.

5 bedrooms with flexible configurations

The bedrooms are located on the upper floor and include:

Master Suite

King-size bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, walk-in closet, bathroom with bathtub, and private balcony overlooking the garden.

Bedroom 2

Queen-size bed + trundle bed, TV, closets, air conditioning, and private balcony.

Bedroom 3

Modular beds that can be configured as two single beds or one queen-size bed, as well as air conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, and closets.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a bathroom with a bathtub, creating a Jack-and-Jill bathroom configuration.

Bedroom 4

Queen-size bed, closets, and air conditioning.

Bedroom 5

King-size bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, and closets.

Bedrooms 4 and 5 share another bathroom with a bathtub, creating the home’s second Jack-and-Jill bathroom configuration.

On the same floor, there is a balcony overlooking the property entrance and a support kitchenette with a sink, mini fridge, and dedicated workspace.
