This single-story home was designed to provide seamless flow and integration between spaces. With contemporary architecture and double-height ceilings in the social areas, the sense of openness and natural light is present throughout the entire experience.

The spaces are well defined yet naturally connected. The social area brings together the living room, TV lounge, and dining area in a spacious and inviting environment, with large glass openings that connect to the outdoor area. A thoughtfully designed lighting plan enhances each space, creating different atmospheres throughout the day and evening.

The TV lounge offers a complete experience, featuring an 86” screen, soundbar with subwoofer, and fireplace, creating a welcoming setting for relaxation. Adjacent to it, the living area includes a refined beverage space with a wine cellar and glassware storage, subtly integrated into the décor to complement the space with elegance.

The dining area, with seating for 8, connects to the outdoors through large sliding glass doors, allowing the spaces to expand and integrate with the gourmet area.

Outside, the highlight is the infinity-edge pool, integrated with the garden and a sun deck with loungers, creating an ideal space to unwind throughout the day. The surrounding area is designed for shared moments, featuring an outdoor dining table, sofas, poufs, and a fire pit, perfect for late afternoons and relaxed evenings.

The gourmet area is fully equipped and functional, featuring a BBQ grill, pizza oven, support counter, and refrigerator, allowing cooking and social moments to happen seamlessly alongside leisure.

The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped, divided between preparation and casual dining areas. It includes a table for up to 6 people, a counter with stools, full appliances, and a coffee station with a Nespresso machine. A pantry provides additional storage and organization.

The home features 4 bedrooms, including 2 suites and 2 additional bedrooms.

The master suite stands out for its space and functionality, offering a queen bed, a large walk-in closet with LED lighting, workspace, sofa, TV, and access to a private balcony overlooking the garden. The bathroom is spacious, with a bathtub and a separate shower area.

The second suite also offers excellent comfort, with a queen bed, built-in storage, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a more private balcony.

The two additional bedrooms are versatile: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. They share a bathroom and are connected by a small corridor with a door, allowing the spaces to be either integrated or separated — ideal for families with children.

The home also includes a guest restroom at the entrance, a fully equipped laundry area with storage, two sinks, and a washer-dryer, as well as side access connecting the laundry to the outdoor area and garage.

At the front, the entrance features double-height ceilings, a striking chandelier, and carefully designed landscaping that reinforces the home’s contemporary and welcoming character. The garage accommodates up to 6 vehicles, with ample space and an automatic gate.
