The TV lounge features a 65-inch Smart TV, home theater system, and air conditioning, seamlessly connected to the living room to create a spacious environment for relaxing or gathering with family and friends. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors blur the boundaries between indoor and outdoor living, providing uninterrupted views of the infinity pool and preserved forest.

The fully equipped open-concept kitchen was designed for both functionality and social interaction. It includes a cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, complete cookware, and custom cabinetry. Integrated with the dining area, it comfortably seats up to ten guests. A guest powder room is also located on this floor.

The gourmet terrace connects directly to the pool area and features a barbecue grill, refrigerator, preparation counter, and outdoor dining table, creating the perfect setting for meals surrounded by nature. A dedicated outdoor bathroom with shower adds extra convenience.

Upstairs, the four air-conditioned suites provide flexibility for different travel groups. Each suite features modular beds that can be configured as one king-size bed or two twin beds.

The master suite includes a queen-size bed, a spacious walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with double vanity and whirlpool bathtub. Suites 2 and 3 offer private bathrooms, built-in wardrobes, and balconies overlooking the forest. The fourth suite also features a private balcony and a dedicated workspace with desk and chair, making it ideal for guests working remotely.
