Casa é muito bonita. Moderna. Design lindo, por dentro e por fora. A casa estava limpa, cheirosa. Cozinha, banheiros e quartos higienizados e confortáveis. Utensílios: apenas as panelas bem gastas, mas OK para o pouco uso que fizemos. A casa por fora está precisando de reparos. Uma pintura que precisa de manutenção. Colmeias que precisam ser removidas. Teias em vários lugares externos precisam ser também removidas. Ressalto, porém, que em absolutamente nenhuma destas situações impediu de termos uma ótima estadia. É apenas um visual que acaba comprometendo a estrutura geral da casa. Tivemos problemas com a queda da temperatura da água por dois dias (não mexemos no termostato e a temperatura caiu e impediu da maioria tomar banho em nossa segunda noite). Outro ponto foi a queda de energia no andar dos quartos que passou a cair também em nosso segundo dia. Este aqui estava mais fácil de contornar, pois apenas restabelecíamos o disjuntor. No geral, gostamos muito da nossa estadia.

Minha estadia nesta casa maravilhosa na Granja Viana foi simplesmente perfeita!!! Desde o momento em que chegamos na casa tudo estava impecável para nos receber. A casa é moderna e muito bem equipada, com quartos amplos e confortáveis que garantiram uma estadia tranquila e relaxante, sem falar que tinha uma atmosfera super acolhedora. A piscina é um dos destaques. Com uma vista espetacular para o lago e um pôr do sol lindo, foi o lugar ideal para relaxar e desfrutar com a família e amigos. O Wi-Fi funciona muito bem e é super rápido, permitindo que fizéssemos nosso home office tranquilamente. Para quem está procurando uma experiência de hospedagem que combine conforto, beleza e exclusividade, essa casa na Granja Viana com certeza é a escolha certa. Mal posso esperar para voltar!
